Evening Meetings 2008

Meetings are held at the Wolverton Community Centre, Stratford Road, Wolverton
from 7.30 to 9.00 pm
on the 3rd Tuesday of the month

Most meetings are informal get-togethers, where we chat and catch up on each other's news.
Sometimes we have a speaker, on a subject related to ME or on a topic of general interest.
There are always refreshments (tea/coffee/biscuits etc)

Jo Eadie will lead a Laughter Workshop for people with ME/CFS/PVFS/FMS.
Laughter has been shown to improve health and well-being, by releasing 'feel-good' hormones.
